Settlement Pics.........

Here are some pics taken on the day after settlement. The last time i would see the house empty. The day after we settled i had the appliances installed and the hot water service. We had chosen to install our own oven and dishwasher.

Hubby had cleaned out the garage and washed it down, and was planning on getting it sealed to try and reduce the concrete dust and protect the flooring a little more.

Flooring was to be done the following day. Pics to follow.

    I think your top bullnose plate is on upside down?

    In the last pic with the TV wall mount provisions. The top plate should be the other way so you can poke cables through to the bottom on.
